CSD Grains is a wholly owned subsidiary of CSD Limited, a world-leading cotton seed producer. The aim of CSD Grains is to commercialise high quality grain and grain products by offering a unique farm-to-plate service. We offer specialty germplasm as well as wholebean and flour products to the food ingredient industry from our world class milling and grading facility.
Based in Toowoomba, we are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to drive strategies to grow CSD Grains market position in both the food and grains industries through the effective management of all aspects of the business including:

• Effective sales & marketing, ensuring business deals are closed in a timely manner and growth objectives are met
• Strong customer relationship, administration and operations skills
• Liaising and working closely with key strategic partners

Along with your knowledge of the food/grains industry, you will bring a positive, energetic and systematic approach to successfully implement profitable sales, marketing, and brand strategies. Other requirements are:-

• A minimum of 10 years experience in a senior role within the grains industry/ food industry
• Strong commercial acumen and marketing skills
• Outstanding people skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, strategic partners, customers and suppliers
• Exceptional team skills to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary organisation employing a small team of specialist staff
